Canadian Marathon Championships this weekend in Ottawa. I'll be wearing the yellow Canadian Cancer Society ribbon to remember my parents and to support my friend, Theresa (aka "Tee"). I'll also have a "t" (for "Tee" and the cross) written on myself and on my bottles. My men (Jonathan, Micah and Seth) will be cheering me on. Training started in December. Time to race...I am r e a d y ! Hoping to go under 2:40!!
